The issue was that female was always doubted when doing things that is for men. She is a jockey that was doubted alot, but she still did what she liked.

The impact that she had on the people is that you can do what you want, even if someone didn't think you can. The impact on the issue is that both genders can do the same thing. The impact on the world is that gender doesn't stop you from your passion and you shouldn't give up on something so quickly.

She influenced others by telling people to do what you love and don't give up on something when you get hate. If you're injured, you can still do what you enjoy.
“I think my victory happened for a reason,” she says. “It has given women hope in some regard, and hopefully it will help change people’s mindsets. People think [women] are not strong enough [but] it’s not all about strength. There is so much more involved: getting the horse into a rhythm, getting the horse to try for you — it’s being patient.” -Michelle Payne
